WhyCommit. A small Q means waiting won't fix your situation - you must find a spot to get all-in and double before the blinds bury you. A-J is a fine hand to get in now; passive folding just shrinks you further.
What happensYou look to get it in and rebuild.  A small Q has to gamble.
