A loose cutoff opens, the button flat-calls, and the small blind folds. You're in the big blind with A♥Q♥.

Raiser-plus-caller, and you hold A♥Q♥ in the BB. Best?

WhyThe button flatted instead of three-betting, which caps his range - no aces or kings hiding in that call. Pair that with a cutoff who opens too light, and a large three-bet asks both a question neither wants to answer, with two dead bets already sweetening the pot. A-Q suited is far from naked if one calls.
What happensYou make it 3,400 and both release. The dead money is yours - and even had one peeled, you'd have hearts and an ace-high hand to keep playing.
The squeeze wins from the structure, not the cards: a capped caller and a loose opener can't both continue. Size it big enough that flatting along is a mistake.

A flat-caller has a ceiling - he'd have three-bet his best hands - so he's capped and vulnerable. Attack a raiser-plus-caller with a big three-bet and the dead money comes along.
